This site, as well as all the websites developed and maintained by Mirela, is dynamic as well. The information which we receive by our agents and clients enters straight the system from our offices.

Property search

Central plece in the website is occupied by the property search.

We offer you the opportunity to search property by several ways that you may choose.

The first way is to choose the Property search button, where you can select different criteriaso that you narrow your search to the minumum and, among these offers, find the property that best suits your needs. Here you may choose a type of property (apartment, house, plot, agricultural land, office, restaurant, etc), city or region, price range, or a particular highlight as no comission properties, properties in the prestigius quarters of Sofia, etc.

The second way is to choose a property from the "Search property in Bulgaria" section, located in the left part of the website, on top. It icludes groups of properties selected by definite criteria, we decided are the most appropriate ones, judging from your visits on our web site. So, if you look for property to buy in Sofia, you have the option of choosing a particular price range. If you search for property to rent, look below "for rent in Sofia". You can also search property by location by clicking on some of our links under "by location" - in the capital, on the sea, near a golf course, etc.

The third way is to choose a property from the "Quick search by type" section, located again on the left side of the website, under the "search property in Bulgaria" section.

We offer you a way of searching for property that is different from all the rest. You can choose one type or a whole group of properties (for example only 1BR apartments, or only apartments; only building plots or the whole group land; only cottages or the whole group houses and cottages). The result you will get will include all the offers meeting these requirements, thet we have available.

The fourth way is by choosing a particular highlight from the "Highlight" section located on the left part of the website, under the "Quick search by type" section. Here the groups we have put the properties in are different from the previous sections. The types of properties are grouped according to class classification (for instance "Investment properties", "No commision properties", etc) , as well as according to location ("apartments in prestigious quarters of Sofia", "apartments in ski resort", etc).

Using this ways of property search you will come across a list of properties, sorted by date, with the newest ones coming first.  By clicking on a particular offer you will see all the information about the particular offer - specifications, disposition, location, etc.  plus pictures. Below each offer is the name of the real estate agent who is in charge of it, along with contacts and also a margin, where you can write your questions and comments, which will be sent directly to him/her.

Moreover, the offer allows you to learn more about the region where the property is in, by clicking on the name of the city/town/village.
